Job summary

Quintiq developer position focused on designing, developing, and supporting Quintiq solutions across Scheduler, Macro Planner, Company Planner or Demand Planner. You will apply QUILL skills, UML modeling, and integrate Quintiq with external systems while exploring optimization techniques.

Responsibilities include implementing tests, building CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with consultants to meet KPIs. Strong analytical abilities and networking knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Quintiq solution development in Scheduler, Macro Planner, Company Planner or Demand Planner.
• Expertise in QUILL programming language for Quintiq applications.
• Experience with UML-based modeling and API integrations (SOAP/REST/SFTP).
• Knowledge of optimization methods (OR/AI) and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quintiq software solution design, development and support.
• Convert business requirements into technically feasible designs and KPIs, and evaluate impact on processes.
• Integrate Quintiq solutions with other modules and external systems.
• Participate in optimization research projects for potential improvements to optimization/autoplanner solutions.
• Write and automate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality; manage CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.

Job description

we are hiring for Quintiq developer

exp- 4+yrs

JD-

• 4+ years of experience in developing Quintiq solutions in one or more of the Quintiq products - Scheduler, Macro planner, Company planner or Demand Planner
• Expertise in QUILL programming language for Quintiq application
• Experience with object-oriented modeling (UML)
• Hands on experience in working on business system integration and related protocols like SOAP, REST API, SFTP,
• Knowledge of optimization techniques in operations research and artificial intelligence (linear programming, genetic algorithms, heuristic search techniques, constraint programming, etc.) is a plus
• High abstraction level and superior analytical skills
• Working knowledge of networking components (firewall, load balancers and protocols like TCP/IP)
• Certification: Delmia Quintiq Software Expert Level 1, 2 or 3
• Programming languages: Hands on development experience using Quill, Java, C, C++, Angular JS, jQuery, Java Script, JSON, XML and SQL.
• Database: SQL, NoSQL , SQL Server or Oracle
• Expertise on GIT, Microsoft ADO and CI/CD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quintiq software solution design, development and support.
• Understand business requirements from business consultants and convert requirements into technically feasible software solution design and evaluate their impact on business processes and KPIs
• Integrate Quintiq Solutions with other modules as well as external systems
• Participate in optimization research projects to come up with potential improvement ideas for optimization/autoplanner solutions
• Write and automate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipeline for Quintiq solution, application and server monitoring tools
