Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Hands-on experience with W2 & Full-time is a must.
• Expert level experience in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all tax terms (W2).
• Experience in negotiating compensation to close candidates.
• Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Tools.
• Able to handle US Citizens & GC holders.
• Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone).
