· Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.

· Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster and LinkedIn.

· Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

· Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

· Able to handle US Citizens & GC holders.

· Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)
