Interiors With Art is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare estimates, bills of quantities, and take-offs for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects in India and abroad. You will support tendering, contract administration, and cost control with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will work with CostX, Bluebeam and Procore, collaborating closely with design and project teams. Strong Excel skills and AI-enabled cost tracking are valued in this fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years as a QS on construction or fit-out projects.
• Excel skills are essential.
• Hands-on with take-off and estimating software such as CostX/Bluebeam.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Knowledge of contracts and measurement methods; UK practice bonus.
• Detail-oriented; interest in AI speed-ups for QS work.

You'll know where the money is going on our projects at every stage. You'll prepare estimates and bills of quantities, help with tenders, track costs during the build and flag variances early, before they turn into problems. You'll work closely with the design and project teams on projects in both India and the UK.

Interiors With Art has been designing and building luxury homes, palaces and hotels for 24 years, for private clients around the world. We've recently opened offices in Delhi and Chennai and set up a joint venture with Sotheby's International Realty India, and the team here is growing quickly. Behind the scenes we're changing how the business runs too. We build a lot of our own technology and we want people who'll help us keep improving how we work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for construction and fit-out packages.
• Carry out accurate take-offs from drawings and models.
• Support tendering, contractor selection and contract administration.
• Monitor costs throughout the build, flag variances and manage change control.
• Value work in progress, assess contractor payment applications and help agree final accounts.
• Keep commercial control at every stage of delivery, working closely with project management and design.
• Prepare clear cost reports for the directors and, where needed, for clients.
• Support both Indian and international (UK) projects, working with each market's methods and standards.
• Use AI and automation to streamline estimating, reporting and cost tracking.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• At least 3 to 5 years as a QS on construction or fit-out projects, ideally high-end residential, hospitality or luxury commercial.
• Strong Excel skills (essential).
• Hands-on experience with take-off and estimating software such as CostX, Bluebeam or similar.
• Experience with Procore is a real plus.
• Good knowledge of contracts and measurement methods. Familiarity with UK practice is a bonus.
• Very detail oriented, and calm when the numbers get complicated.
• Interested in how AI can speed up QS work.
