Job summary

Interiors With Art Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for high-end residential, hospitality and luxury commercial projects. You will work across India and the UK, supporting tendering and contract administration.

Role requires 3–5+ years QS experience, strong Excel, and hands-on use of CostX/Bluebeam; Procore is a plus. You’ll monitor costs through the build and use AI-augmented estimating where helpful.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a QS on construction or fit-out projects
• Strong Excel skills are essential
• Hands-on with take-off and estimating software (CostX/Bluebeam)
• Experience with Procore is a plus
• Good knowledge of contracts and measurement methods; UK practice is a bonus
• Very detail oriented and calm with numbers
• Interest in AI to speed up QS work

Job description

You'll know where the money is going on our projects at every stage. You'll prepare estimates and bills of quantities, help with tenders, track costs during the build and flag variances early, before they turn into problems. You'll work closely with the design and project teams on projects in both India and the UK.

Interiors With Art has been designing and building luxury homes, palaces and hotels for 24 years, for private clients around the world. We've recently opened offices in Delhi and Chennai and set up a joint venture with Sotheby's International Realty India, and the team here is growing quickly. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for construction and fit-out packages.

• Use AI and automation to streamline estimating, reporting and cost tracking.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• At least 3 to 5 years as a QS on construction or fit-out projects, ideally high-end residential, hospitality or luxury commercial.
• Strong Excel skills (essential).
• Hands-on experience with take-off and estimating software such as CostX, Bluebeam or similar.
• Experience with Procore is a real plus.
• Good knowledge of contracts and measurement methods. Familiarity with UK practice is a bonus.
• Very detail oriented, and calm when the numbers get complicated.
• Interested in how AI can speed up QS work.
