Job summary

Skill 2 Source Staffing Solution seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Roads & Highways. Minimum 8 years QS experience in civil infrastructure is required and the candidate will handle estimation, costing, BOQ preparation and cost control across multiple highway projects.

The role involves coordination with engineering and design teams, DPR/EPC context, and delivering accurate quantities and tenders for roads/highways infrastructure.

Working: Monday–Saturday, 6 days

Core Skills Required

• Civil Engineering background with strong Quantity Surveying experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on QS experience.
• Roads / Highways / Bridges / Infrastructure project experience.
• Strong exposure to Estimation and Costing.
• Preparation and checking of BOQ – Bill of Quantities.
• Rate Analysis and rate build-up.
• Quantity take-off from drawings/designs.
• Understanding of construction quantities, specifications and contract requirements.
• Experience in DPR / highway consultancy / EPC / infrastructure projects would be highly relevant.
• Should be comfortable working on multiple project deliverables and coordinating with engineering/design teams.
