Job summary

Concentrix Hyderabad is seeking a Quality Lead to guide a team of QA professionals and drive adherence to international BPO quality standards. You will spearhead process improvements to boost transactional quality, cut errors, and raise efficiency, while implementing CAPA plans for defect recurrence prevention.

The role requires 5-20 years in IT services/consulting, strong Six Sigma/Lean know-how, and proficiency with calibration software for tracking defects and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 5-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting as a Quality Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Proficiency in using QC tools like Calibration software for tracking defects and corrective actions.
