Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited is seeking a Quality Professional in Bengaluru. The role focuses on defining and implementing quality plans for product lines and projects, enabling development teams to achieve quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering (any branch).
• 10–13 years in software quality with at least 5 years in Agile-Scrum/Lean.
• Must have experience in Agile Scrum/Lean for Software Dev/DevOps, ISO 9001 and CMMi.
• Experience building project dashboards using PowerBI or similar tool.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, scripting languages and statistical analysis tools advantageous.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project reporting, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Collaborate with Business Partners, PMs, Scrum Masters and teams to address process challenges using Lean/Agile.

We are looking for: Quality Professional

You’ll make an impact by:

• Define and implement quality plan for given product line / projects enabling the development team to achieve their product quality goals
• Responsible for Projects reporting, Analysis of trends, Root Cause analysis, identification of process Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions
• Extensively collaborate with Business Partners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and project teams to understand the process challenges and address the same using Lean / Agile principles
• Work as Lean / Agile coach for projects
• Support and guide the teams for internal audits, external audits, customer audits
• Identifying the training process for the teams and addressing as suitable
• Implement the defined processes, optimize existing processes, initiate process improvements, and drive continuous improvements (CI) in projects.

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any branch of engineering
• 10 to 13 years of experience software quality and at least 5 years of experience in Agile-Scrum / Lean methodologies
• Implementation experience of Agile Scrum / Lean for Software Development / DevOps, ISO 9001 and CMMi are must
• Experience of building project dashboards using PowerBI or any other similar tool is must
• Exposure to ISO 27001, Scripting Languages and Statistical Analysis tools would be advantageous
