• Nursing Excellence: update quality flash daily; ensure incident forms are complete and RCA/CAPA closures within TAT.
• Nursing PMS: monitor performance of staff nurses; identify training needs; support performance review processes.
• General: maintain confidentiality, ensure safe environment, participate in accreditation activities and quality initiatives.
