Job summary

WOW Softech in Jaipur is seeking a Quality Manager with 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in Medical Devices or automotive manufacturing. You will lead shopfloor quality excellence and drive defect prevention across production operations.

The role requires strong expertise in SPC, MSA, FMEA, CAPA, Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why and Lean Manufacturing, with proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Injection Molding quality management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive shopfloor quality excellence through structured problem solving and rapid resolution of customer, process, and product quality issues.
• Drive a culture of defect prevention, process discipline, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Tool Room, and Automation teams to improve process capability and First Pass Yield (FPY).
• Monitor and improve quality performance through KPIs such as PPM, COPQ, rework, scrap, customer complaints, and internal defects.
• Facilitate root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, A3, and other quality tools, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
