Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for the Resonia Hampapura Transmission Line project in Hampapura, Karnataka. The role requires 8–12 years of QA/QC experience within the construction industry, with mandatory TL project exposure.

You will develop and monitor QA/QC processes, conduct inspections, audits, and training, and ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience working on Transmission Line (TL) Projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality testing, inspection procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes for the Transmission Line project.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality‑related concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, inspection records, and audit findings.
• Conduct induction and quality training programs for project team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Monitor compliance with client requirements, statutory regulations, and company quality policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.
