Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic with 7–13 years experience.
• BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic with 3–11 years experience.
• Experience in quality control in 4-wheeler manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality operations during the defined shift.
• Resolve defects using problem-solving tools.
• Drive containment actions with stakeholders.
• Validate countermeasures and feedback to stakeholders.
• Handle voice of customer and rapid problem resolution.
• Organise daily quality review meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.

Job Responsibilities

• 1.Lead quality operation in defined shift.
• 2.Resolution of Defects using Problem solving tools
• 3.Drive containment actions along with other stakeholders.
• 4.Validate and monitor the countermeasure and provide correct feedback to stakeholders.
• 5.Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.
• 6. Organising daily quality review meeting.
• 7. Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting.

Technical/ Functional:
