• HIRE for CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, SYSTEM, INHOUSE quality/analysis monitoring.
• Expert in TS 16949-2009 System & MACE Activity.
• Experience 5-12 years in Injection Moulding profile/Automotive.
• MR-certified for TS/IATF 16949-2009 from TUV or MACE or equivalent authority.
• Ability to read drawings clearly and operate a Profile projector.
• Strong presentation skills to create PPTs on MACE activities, Quality circles, and MPS.
• Complaint handling skills for customers or in-house or red-bin analysis.
• Independent working capability and skilled.
• Lead a 14-person team; coordinate with other departments; strong communication.
• Handle customer requirements with good communication.
• Strong problem solving / analysis skills.
• Submit resume with current salary and interview call details.

Responsibilities

• Lead 14-person team and coordinate with other departments for quality improvements.
• Manage customer complaints and in-house quality/analysis monitoring.
