The role leads the project QA/QC function and establishes quality systems across engineering, procurement and construction phases.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 25–28 years of EPC experience, including refinery and petrochemical exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 25–28 years of EPC project experience.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Familiarity with Indian and international standards (IS codes, ASCE, ACI).

Role Purpose

Lead and manage the overall Project QA/QC function for large-scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Industrial sectors. The role is responsible for establishing quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and maintaining project quality across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 25 – 28 years of experience in large-scale EPC projects.
• Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Industrial projects.
• Proven experience in Project Quality Management for multi-million EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction quality management.
• Expertise in engineering quality, process quality, and construction quality.
• Strong understanding of steel structures, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation quality.
• Familiarity with Indian and international standards including:

• IS Codes
• ASCE
• ACI

• Experience in developing material specifications and quality procedures.
• Exposure to construction activities and site quality management.
• Knowledge of FEM and ANSYS software is an advantage.
