Job summary

Credence Global Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance professional with strong Accounts Receivable and denial management expertise. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with AR procedures, performing audits, and identifying denial trends to drive improvements.

The candidate should have 3+ years AR experience, QE exposure, and be comfortable with end-to-end RCM processes. Undergraduate candidates may apply; lab specialty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• QE experience for 1+ year on paper.
• Undergraduate candidates eligible to apply.
• Laboratory specialty experience is optional.
• End-to-end understanding of RCM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Audit Accounts Receivable procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform mass audits using multiple reports and reconcile data.
• Identify denial trends and report improvements to Operations.
• Communicate audit findings to management and stakeholders.
• Support training and coaching within the team.
• Utilize MS Office and data management for reporting.
• Ensure timely reporting of audit observations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Denial Management.
• Ensure full compliance with all company, departmental, legal and regulatory requirements with regards to Accounts Receivable procedures and practices.
• Knowledge of denials and denial codes.
• Knowledge on performing mass audits using multiple reports. Utilization of reports for performing reconciliation activities.
• Understanding of sampling to perform audits.
• Identifying trends in denials and reporting the same to Operations and follow up on changes.
• Conduct audits and Accounts Receivable review to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise.
• Reconciliation, Training and other team related activities management.
• Communicate/report out to line management and stake holders about Accounts Receivable errors, disputes and improvement areas.
• Ability to execute policies, processes and procedures of the organization.
• Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to consistently execute and accomplish tasks within deadlines.
• Good multitasking skills.
• Timely reporting of audit observations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Data management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience overall.
• Should have on paper QE experience for 1+ years.
• Undergraduate can also apply.
• Should have Lab specialty experience (Not Mandatory).
• Should know End to End RCM.
