• Lead and manage quality assurance activities for RCM processes including eligibility, charge entry, coding, AR follow-up, payment posting, and denial management.
• Perform transaction audits and process reviews to ensure adherence to client requirements and internal SOPs.
• Analyze quality trends, identify recurring errors, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality dashboards, scorecards, reports, and improvement plans to management.
• Conduct calibration sessions with operations teams and stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and quality training to team members and process associates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process excellence projects.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client-specific requirements, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
