Accenture in India in Pune is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to guide a team of quality engineers, coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating ecosystem components to accelerate delivery and uphold high-quality standards across the application lifecycle.

You will design end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business needs, monitor KPIs, oversee test execution, and drive defect resolution to ensure product excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Playwright.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design end-to-end testing strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing.

This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain product excellence.
