Summary

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ability to analyze and report on testing metrics and results.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
