Job summary

Accenture in Hyderabad is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to guide a team of quality engineers, define testing strategies, and accelerate delivery across the application lifecycle. The role requires 7.5+ years of experience, deep JMeter expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives while integrating with CI pipelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Project Role Description

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
• Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and integration with continuous integration pipelines.
• Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to customize and extend testing capabilities.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
