Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and evaluates key performance indicators to maintain and improve the overall quality assurance process. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and continuous process improvement are integral parts of the daily routine.

• Skilled in managing test execution, defect tracking, and reporting processes.
