Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering Lead to spearhead AI Data Assurance initiatives and ensure trusted, high-quality AI-ready data foundations. You will drive end-to-end data validation, testing strategies, and governance across data platforms and pipelines.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in AI/GenAI, LLMs, DataOps/MLOps, and strong leadership to mentor teams and collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, Product and Business units.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI Data Assurance / AI Quality Engineering.
• Strong Data Quality and Data Governance fundamentals.
• Proficient in ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI Testing.
• Skilled in SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Proficient in Python and PySpark.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering & Retrieval Assurance.
• Knowledge of DataOps, MLOps and CI/CD.
• Experience in API Testing & Playwright.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI Data Assurance & Quality Engineering programs.
• Define testing strategies, frameworks, quality gates and governance processes.
• Lead validation of data platforms, pipelines, BI, analytics and AI-ready datasets.
• Implement assurance across RAG systems, vector databases and AI workflows.
• Evaluate AI output quality, reliability, explainability and business alignment.
• Build automation frameworks and continuous quality monitoring.
• Integrate quality controls with DataOps, MLOps & CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead and mentor Quality/AI Data Assurance teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, Product and Business teams.
• Support client demos, solutioning, proposals and AI assurance offerings.
