Job summary

Grow India Residency is seeking a Construction QA/QC Inspector in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. The role focuses on site inspections of formwork, concrete, and finishing, and ensuring compliance with ITPs and GFC drawings.

You will raise RFIs for inspections, obtain sign-offs from clients/consultants, oversee lab and field tests (concrete cubes, soil), and issue NCRs for non-conformances while maintaining updated test logs and RFI registers.

Responsibilities

• Inspections: Conduct daily reinforcement, formwork, concrete, and finishing checks against ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
• Approvals: Raise RFIs (Requests for Inspection) and secure sign-offs from clients/consultants.
• Material Testing: Validate incoming materials via MTCs (Mill Test Certificates) and oversee lab/field tests (concrete cubes, soil, etc.).
• Defect Control: Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) for faulty work and enforce corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain updated test logs, RFI registers, and track compliance using the latest GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
