Job summary

Questhiring is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering leader in India to own and evolve the automation and QE strategy across UI, API, and integration layers. You will mentor onshore and offshore QE teams, drive test automation in CI/CD, and lead end-to-end and nonfunctional testing within product-centric delivery.

You will champion modern QA practices, collaborate with developers and product owners, and ensure adherence to quality standards while managing test metrics and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience leading automation-first Quality Engineering
• Proven expertise in API and microservices testing
• Hands-on experience with Karate (API & integration testing)
• Strong experience embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile, product-centric delivery models
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle or equivalent)
• Experience with source control and build tools (Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity)

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Quality Engineering strategy aligned to product-centric delivery
