Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Engineer (Contractual) based in Mundra, Gujarat, to manage pre-commissioning and commissioning across Fire Alarm, Public Address, Building Management and CCTV systems. You will coordinate with PMC, customers, and consultants to ensure successful execution.

This contractual role requires willingness to travel across Maharashtra as needed. Ideal candidate holds a mechanical engineering degree with hands-on experience in hydrant, sprinkler, and pump room

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes related to Safety, Security, and BMS systems.
• Project Management: Coordinate with PMC, customers, consultants and agencies; strong communication needed.
• Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel and work across Maharashtra as needed.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience: Mechanical Engineer for Hydrant, Sprinkler and Pump room systems from design to final commissioning.

Job Overview

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes related to Safety, Security, and BMS systems. Strong system knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address Systems (PAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and CCTV systems.

Project Management

Ability to execute projects in close coordination with Project Management Consultants (PMC), customers, consultants, and other relevant agencies. Excellent communication skills are essential to facilitate effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
