Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Engineer (Contractual) located in Mundra, Gujarat. The role focuses on hydraunt and sprinkler systems, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities within building safety and management domains.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and have hands-on experience with FAS, PAS, BMS, ACS, and CCTV, with willingness to travel across Maharashtra as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, Security, and BMS systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work across Maharashtra as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution with PMC, clients, consultants and other agencies.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of Hydrant, Sprinkler and Pump room systems.
• Contribute to design review and field fabrication discussions to minimize field joints.

Job Overview

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes related to Safety, Security, and BMS systems.
• Strong system knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address Systems (PAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and CCTV systems.

Project Management:

• Ability to execute projects in close coordination with Project Management Consultants (PMC), customers, consultants, and other relevant agencies.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work across Maharashtra as needed.
