Responsibilities

• Build, manage, monitor, and implement suppliers' quality plans.
• Visit and audit suppliers' sites for questionnaires and managerial concerns.
• Perform supplier quality procedures like CAPA and quality reports.
• Lead the EMS quality activities to meet company requirements.
• Manage local RMA activities.
• Provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Lead the EMS production processes to ensure high quality.

Skills

Basic working knowledge of MCU, ECU, BCM, motor, etc.

Knowledge of electronics components and their functions

Knowledge of testers and their functions such as ICT, FCT, EOL

Hands-on experience with electronics schematic review

Hands-on experience with electronics PCBA failure analysis/debug

Additional experience with SMT, IPC, and box-build processes

Hands-on experience with electronics components IQC & requalification process

Self-motivated

High level of analytical skills

Ability to multitask

Work under pressure

Self-learning skills

Proficient in English

Overview

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high‑performance e‑powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market. We are seeking an experienced Quality Electrical Engineer in India.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, monitor, and implement suppliers' quality plans and quality performance.
• Visit and audit suppliers' sites for questionnaires, FAI, and any managerial concerns.
• Perform supplier quality procedures, CAPA, SCAR & 8D, and quality reports.
• Lead the EMS quality activities to meet IRP requirements.
• Manage local RMA activities.
• Strive and provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Lead and follow EMS production processes to assure high‑quality results.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of MCU, ECU, BCM, motor, etc.
