Job summary

IFF is seeking a highly motivated operator to join the Production Team at Sricity, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves performing analytical and quality control tests to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and supporting R&D with data-driven recommendations.

You will lead QA activities, drive continuous improvement in lab practices, and mentor laboratory technicians while collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to achieve business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations within relevant industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in GC, GC-MS, method validation, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
  • Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee analytical and quality control tests to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support R&D initiatives with analytical data and technical recommendations.
  • Lead quality assurance activities, internal audits, and compliance with GMP/GLP/HACCP and company standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and mentor laboratory technicians.
