Job summary

CUBIC HR in Falta, West Bengal, is seeking a Quality Checking Executive to ensure fabrics and finished textile products meet company standards. The candidate will perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records.

The role requires 2–3 years of textile quality experience, knowledge of GSM and shade matching, and the ability to work with production teams to implement corrective actions. This is an on-site position in Falta.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Textile Technology or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of textile quality checking/quality control experience.
• Knowledge of GSM, shade matching and textile quality standards.
• Ability to use basic inspection tools and maintain records.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of fabrics, garments, or finished textile products at various production stages.
• Identify and record defects such as weaving defects, shade variations, stains, holes, and finishing issues.
• Ensure products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform in-line and final quality checks before dispatch.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and SOPs.
• Assist in root cause analysis for recurring quality problems.
• Ensure rejected materials are properly segregated and documented.
