Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Textile or Polymer fields required.
• 1–4 years of experience; freshers with relevant exposure may be considered.
• Factory/manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of membrane products.
• Check coating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and update quality check reports, inspection logs, and test records.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report the same.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for corrective actions.
• Conduct random sampling and testing during production.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per quality norms.
• Support in quality audits and process improvements.

Job Purpose

To ensure that all membrane products meet defined quality standards by conducting inspections, testing materials, monitoring processes, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Performincoming, in-process, and final inspectionsof membrane products

Checkcoating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality

Ensure compliance withquality standards and specifications

Maintain and updatequality check reports, inspection logs, and test records

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report the same
