Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our QC team. The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, maintaining laboratory records, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per approved procedures and standards.
• Assist in method validation and routine laboratory activities.
• Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate testing reports and analytical records.
• Maintain laboratory logbooks and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Support internal and external audit preparation activities.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for sample collection and quality-related requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and work area.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and analytical instruments.
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and laboratory safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
