Job summary

PANCHSHEEL ORGANICS LIMITED - India is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to join the on-site Indore team. You will perform routine sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products in a GMP-conforming setting.

Responsibilities include operating laboratory instruments, accurately documenting results, maintaining records, and supporting investigations of out-of-specification results while collaborating with QA and production teams. Shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong QC/QA skills with GMP/regulatory understanding.
• Analytical data interpretation and problem-solving in lab/manufacturing.
• Proficient lab skills with chemical handling and instrument use.
• Good communication for documenting results and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
• Familiarity with MS Office and documentation systems.

Role Description

The Quality Control Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The role involves conducting routine sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with established quality control procedures and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include operating laboratory instruments, documenting test results accurately, maintaining records, and supporting investigations of out-of-specification results. The Quality Control Assistant will work closely with Quality Assurance and production teams to ensure compliance with GMP, internal SOPs, and safety protocols. Additional duties may include assisting in method validation, calibration of equipment, and participation in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient Laboratory Skills, including handling of chemicals, use of analytical instruments, and adherence to safety standards.
• Effective Communication skills for clear documentation, reporting of results, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or related products; prior QC experience in a GMP facility is an advantage.
• Ability to follow SOPs meticulously, manage time efficiently, and work with attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and laboratory documentation systems; willingness to work in shifts if required.
