Job summary

Affy Parenterals, headquartered in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, seeks an experienced Quality Control Analyst to perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and packaging on-site at the Baddi facility.

You will ensure GMP compliance, maintain lab instruments (HPLC, UV-Vis, dissolution), log data accurately, and collaborate with QA, Production, and Regulatory teams to support continuous improvement and audits.

Qualifications

• Must be an Approved Chemist with 5+ years of QC experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated lab environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience with HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and dissolution testing.
• Strong GMP, SOP compliance and data logging/documentation.
• Ability to support root-cause investigations, method validation, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and packaging using instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and dissolution apparatus.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure GMP-compliant operation and documentation.
• Log and review data accurately, follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Regulatory teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits and safety training within the laboratory.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Analyst to perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and packaging materials. Working on-site at our Baddi facility, you will ensure full compliance with GMP standards, maintain lab equipment, and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold robust quality systems.

Requirements & Key Responsibilities

• Mandatory Credentials: Must be an Approved Chemist with 5+ years of QC experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated lab environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Analytical Testing: Perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and packaging using instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and dissolution apparatus.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines while accurately logging and reviewing data.
