Job description

Inspect incoming raw materials for quality and safety.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform regular sampling and laboratory analysis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
Perform germination tests, purity analysis, and other tests to assess seed health and viability.
Identifying and addressing potential quality issues to maintain the integrity of seed coating.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Prepare reports on quality performance and suggest improvements.
