Job summary

Zydus Lifesciences is seeking a qualified professional for the ZHL Lyophiliser/Plant QC role at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The candidate will plan, sample, analyze, and release packaging materials while ensuring in-process and finished product quality control in the Physicochemical lab environment.

The position requires hands-on experience in sterile injectable manufacturing plants, with 4–6 years of relevant experience and an MSc degree. Knowledge of GLP and regulatory expectations is essential.

Qualifications

• M.Sc required with 4-6 years of experience.
• Experience in Zydus is preferred (2-3 years).
• Hands-on experience in sterile injectable manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Planning, sampling, analysis and release of packaging related activities.
• In-process and finished product quality control of Physicochemical, instrumentation lab activities.
• Maintain and monitor compliance of Physicochemical lab activities with GLP.

Planning,Sampling, Analysis and Release of packaging related activities

Inprocess and Finished Product quality control of Physicochemical,Instrumentation lab activities.

Tomaintain and monitor compliance of the Physicochemical lab related activitywith the Good laboratory practices.

Toplan, co-ordinate and execute production related sample receipt, distributionand storage at recommended storage conditions.

Reportand file any deviation or OOS, carry out investigation arise due todeviation, OOS, change control and CAPA and revise the necessarydocumentation

Tomaintain and monitor compliance of the stability study and its relatedactivity with the Good laboratory practices.
