Job summary

Zydus Lifesciences invites a maintenance technician at the ZHL Lyophilize Plant in Vatva, Ahmedabad to assist in qualification, validation, and process improvement for manufacturing equipment. The role requires hands-on work with electrical panels, machine setups, and preventive maintenance aligned with GMP standards.

Ideal candidates hold ITI/Diploma, 2–4 years of experience (preferably with exposure to Zydus systems) and can coordinate with user departments to plan shutdowns and startups while

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma with 2-4 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing.
• Experience in Zydus is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Sterile Injectable Manufacturing Plants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in equipment qualification, validation, and process improvement activities.
• Participate in machine setup and startup activities.
• To ensure operation and maintenance of Electrical Panels, HT Panels, LT Panels, DG Set, etc.
• To ensure proper earthing protection for system and electrical panels of individual equipment's.
• Execution of the Preventive Maintenance jobs with coordination of user department for planned shutdown and start up as per SOPs.
• Prepare documents related to GMP requirement.
