Job summary

Tech Mahindra Bengaluru is seeking a Tools Enablement Support Analyst to manage user queries and coordinate between business and technical teams. The role is hands-on, requiring strong analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel.

You'll analyze data across reports, investigate issues, participate in UAT, document results, and contribute to continuous improvements in in-house tooling and processes while maintaining backlog items and clear user communications.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Basic understanding of tool testing and software lifecycle (preferred but can be trained).

Responsibilities

• Support the in house Tools Enablement team in managing user queries and coordination between business and technical teams.
• Work with Excel to analyze data across multiple reports/tools; use formulas like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.
• Investigate and respond to user reported issues or data related queries with clarity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the technical (CIO) team to ensure reported issues are understood and resolved in a timely manner.
• Perform testing for reported bugs and validate fixes delivered by the technical team.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and tool enhancements.
• Document test results and provide feedback to improve tool usability and performance.
• Maintain CR backlogs, test results, and user communications as part of team documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in in house tools and processes.
