NatWest Group in Gurugram is seeking a Quality Automation Specialist at associate level. You will drive automated testing, support CI/CD pipelines, and help deliver defect-free customer value across delivery models.

You’ll make sure repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of the idea to value lifecycle at reduced cost or reduced time to market. It’s a chance to work with colleagues at multiple levels, and with cross-domain, domain, platform and feature teams, to build in quality as an integral part of all activities.

We’re looking for someone with experience of automated testing, particularly from an Agile development or CI/CD environment. You'll need at least four years of experience working with SQL, UiPath-based automation, and other low-code/no-code solutions, supporting testing, validation, and operational quality activities within complex business environments. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and business users to understand requirements and deliver effective quality solutions, while leveraging strong stakeholder management skills.
You’ll need experience in API and microservices testing across integrated systems and service-based architectures, along with knowledge of service virtualisation tools and techniques to enable efficient testing when dependent systems are unavailable. You'll also bring experience implementing and supporting cloud-based CI/CD pipelines, applying quality engineering best practices to drive automation, continuous testing, and faster delivery within a transformation-focused environment.
