Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and design tools like Adobe and Figma is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review deliverables against briefs, source files, brand guidelines and acceptance criteria.
• Validate spelling, layout, imagery, dimensions, links, interactions and metadata.
• Execute defined creative, content, functional, cross-browser, device, or commerce-content checks.
• Document defects with clear evidence, severity, expected result, and reproduction information.
• Retest corrections and maintain traceability through closure.
• Identify recurring defect patterns and suggest preventive improvements.
• Maintain independence of review while collaborating with creative and production teams.

What would you do?

• Certifies that creative, copy, motion, video, interactive, and commerce deliverables meet defined brand, content, functional, technical, accessibility, and specification requirements before release or client handoff.
• Owns quality decisions for assigned deliverables, applies severity consistently, supports root-cause discussions, and escalates material release risk.
• Creative QA Analyst, Content QA Analyst, Digital QA Analyst, Quality Analyst, Design QA, Creative Test Analyst
• QA checklist; annotated defects; test evidence; retest results; release recommendation; defect trend analysis; preventive quality recommendations.
• Accessibility testing; HTML CSS familiarity; browser and device testing; commerce content; brand compliance; advertising agency workflow knowledge.

• Jira, Azure DevOps, or defect trackers; browser and device testing tools; Adobe and Figma review; Excel; accessibility checkers; link and specification validation tools.

• Execute defined creative, content, functional, cross-browser, device, or commerce-content checks
• Document defects with clear evidence, severity, expected result, and reproduction information
• Retest corrections and maintain traceability through closure
• Identify recurring defect patterns and recommend preventive checklist or process improvements
• Maintain independence of review while collaborating constructively with creative and production teams
