Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Specialist

The Central Testing function, primarily based in Citi Service Centers in India, is structured into three verticals: M&T Execution, M&T Automation, and Strategy & Governance. The selected candidate will be part of the M&T Execution, Control & Monitoring Design Assessment team.

In this role, you will partner with Control Owners and In-business Control Teams to conduct Monitoring & Testing activities for key controls. Responsibilities include performing quality checks on monitoring reviews, documenting quality fails, providing feedback, monitoring control compliance, and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams. You will also assess timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of Manager Control Assessments, maintain control reports, identify risks, challenge controls, and suggest enhancements.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
