We seek to improve customer perception of Search and trust through improved customer comprehension of our search results.
We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to help us enhance the customer journey by performing search troubleshooting whenever an escalation is raised either by leadership or by customers. You will help root cause and improve customer experiences viewed by millions of people per day. You will have the opportunity to learn and be a part of the Amazon retail website ecosystem globally.
