Qualifications

A Quality Assurance Engineer serves as the organization's technical testing expert who partners with developers to improve overall product quality. Rather than focusing primarily on manual testing, this role guides and mentors developers on implementing effective testing practices across both front-end and back-end systems. The QA Engineer develops testing strategies, selects appropriate tools, analyzes production issues, and drives continuous quality improvements. This role is deeply integrated with CI/CD pipelines and SecDevOps practices, ensuring quality and security throughout the development lifecycle.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Mentor and guide developers on writing effective integration tests, regression tests, and load tests
