Job summary

Schaeffler in Vadodara, India, is seeking a Quality Engineer to create and implement technical quality solutions for manufacturing processes. You will coordinate problem solving activities and drive lessons learned to improve efficiency and reduce defects.

You will oversee quality checks, analyze manufacturing concepts for quality optimization, implement standards, and support audits. You will manage complaints and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with local Quality Management.

• Graduate Degree in Engineering.

• Support preparation/conduction of internal and external audits.
• Manage complaints and related costs and initiate corrective actions in cooperation with local Quality Management.
