Allstate Insurance Company in Pune, India seeks a QA auditor for Spanish-English call audits to ensure quality across supplier interactions. You will lead calibration sessions, analyze audit findings, and collaborate on RCA and CAPA with Ops teams.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and insurance-domain knowledge are valued. The role emphasizes attention to detail and effective bilingual communication to improve customer experience and reporting.

Formación

• Graduates with Spanish voice process experience preferred.
• Spanish-English language proficiency required.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform "Spanish English" call audits CTCs for supplier representatives using approved QC parameters, sampling percentages, Right Answers process, and frequency.
• Lead internal and external calibration sessions to ensure audit variance remains within acceptable threshold.
• Analyze trends and behaviour based on audit findings and report impact on customer experience.
• Perform RCA CAPA in collaboration with Ops TL or SME.
• Analyze quality data and share ideas/action plan to improve the current process and drive improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform "Spanish English" call audits CTCs for the various supplier representatives using approved QC parameters, agreed sampling percentage, Right Answers process and frequency.
• Lead internal and external calibration sessions to ensure audit variance remains within acceptable threshold
• Analyze trends and behavior based on audit findings and report out impact on customer experience
• Perform RCA CAPA in collaboration with Ops TL or SME
• Analyze quality data and share ideas/action plan to improve the current process drive the improvement initiatives

Education and Experience

• Graduates
• Spanish voice process experience preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience

• Good insurance domain knowledge
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Attention to Detail
• Effective Communicator in Spanish English language
• Basic knowledge of Quality Tools like RCA, CAPA, Sampling Methodology, etc.
• Good with Reporting/Data Analysis
