Job summary

Amrut Food Products is seeking a QC Analyst to perform chemical and physical analysis on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in a quality-controlled environment. You will conduct routine QC tests, maintain records, and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and company standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with standard lab instrumentation, attention to hygiene, and meticulous documentation practices. Prior experience in the food/FMCG sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a related field
• 1-2 years in QC laboratory, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.

Responsibilities
