Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing in Gurugram District is looking for a dedicated professional to coordinate quality activities across departments. The successful candidate will support senior management and operations while conducting audits to ensure compliance.

• Previous quality-related experience within or outside the company.

• Conduct quality system audits for compliance.

Job description

What You Will Do

• Coordinate the activities of applicable departments to ensure all quality deadlines are met.
• Support senior management and operations.
• Create uniform procedures and systems across all company functions.
• Produce and analyze statistical data for company incentive programs.
• Complete random audits on client portfolios or specific agents and review results with appropriate senior management.
• Notify senior management of any malpractice identified in the audit process for training or disciplinary action.
• Record and communicate changes to the Quality Management System to affected departments.
• Work with employees in each department to improve systems and processes.
• Conduct quality system audits to ensure compliance and identify non‑conformance areas.
• Identify training opportunities on quality processes and ensure staff are trained and tested to meet company requirements.
• Champion company core values and other programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

College Diploma or University Degree

Experience

Minimum six months BGO experience in an agent position or equivalent work experience, and previous quality‑related experience within or outside the company.
