Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications.
• Lead and manage a team of test analysts, providing guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium, Java/Python.
• Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery models, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills

• Manual Testing: Experience in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and defect management.
• Automation Testing: Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/Python.
• API Testing: Experience in API Testing using Postman/RestAssured.
• Test Management Tools: Experience in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
