Job summary

Teleperformance Bengaluru is seeking a quality assurance professional with at least 3 years in quality monitoring or QA for international processes. You will leverage tools for call recording and speech analytics and ensure adherence to QM standards.

The role emphasizes process improvement, CSAT scrubbing, RCA projects, vendor coordination, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills to present insights and drive quality programs.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-years experience in quality monitoring or quality assurance (International Process).
• Strong understanding of quality monitoring tools and techniques, including call recording and speech analytics software
• Familiarity with the BEST QM standards of Teleperformance
• Should have worked on process improvement/transformation, CSAT scrubbing or RCA projects
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with multiple vendors will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma, process excellence, etc. will be an added advantage
