Overview

RAMS Venture Pvt Ltd is a Lucknow-based company working for a 460 Million Pounds Group in fresh produce with factories in UK, Holland and Spain. There is no marketing or sales involved in this operation. Duty timings and working pattern are 6 days and have to be adjusted to UK time zone.

Role Overview

The Quality Assistant Supply Chain will assist in ensuring that all materials, products, and processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements. The role involves supporting audits, inspections, and documentation while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards across the supply chain.
• Support inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory, statutory, and internal quality standards.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance supply chain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or supply chain operations.
• Basic understanding of quality standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with documentation practices, ISO standards, or similar quality frameworks is a plus.
