Job summary

Evero Consulting Service India is seeking a Software QA Engineer to develop and implement quality assurance policies and to build manual and automated test plans. You will work with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure QA is integrated across the SDLC and to drive continuous process improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven QA, and ongoing optimization of testing practices to ensure software products meet requirements and quality standards.

• Develop and implement software quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases to ensure that software products meet functional and performance requirements.
• Identify and document software defects and issues, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve them.
• Analyze software quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings to management and other stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that quality assurance is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
