Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited is seeking a Quality Analyst for a hybrid role, requiring on-average two days per week in an HPE office. The candidate should have 5–6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with strong skills in design change management, PLM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on BOM creation, change management reviews, and process improvements across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assign new part numbers and create BOMs for NPI and sustaining products.
• Review ECO/MCO/Deviation changes per PLM process and route for approvals.
• Supervise pending approvals and coordinate change releases with partners.
• Mentor PDC processes with Engineering, Manufacturing, PLM, and contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate activities by priority and ensure timely delivery.
• Apply standard data analysis practices to identify improvements.
• Support TL9000 audit preparations and related duties.

What you will do:

• Assign new part numbers and complete the bills of materials creation for engineering to support New Product introduction and Sustaining products
• Review ECO, MCO, Deviation and other related change types per Juniper defined process to support Hardware and Software releases and route to the approvals in PLM system
• Responsible to supervise the pending approvals, coordinate and expedite the release of the change orders working with relevant partners
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, PLM, and contract manufacturers on providing mentorship on PDC processes
• Coordinate activities on the basis of priorities and deliver
• Apply the standard practices and procedures when analyzing data
• Exercise judgment within defined business practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for acquiring solutions
• Assist in development of process improvement
• Demonstrate the process during TL9000 audit process and any other duties defined by functional manager

What you will bring:

Any Bachelor's degree

Typically 5-6 years experience.

• In-depth knowledge in design change management process
• Proficient in agile system and its functionalities
• Familiarity in Master data Management (Parts, AVL, Bill of Materials)
• Proficient in MS office
• Good Data analytical skills in change orders processes
• Good verbal and written communication
• Experience in working with multi-functional team
• Strong experience in the Engineering Change management process
• Working Experience in any PLM system
• Understanding in the CM process is added advantage
• Exposure in TL9K standards is added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options
